- You get to experience freedom as you can conceive it, as long as you act with responsibility. And it goes in any way you can imagine. - The human resources involved are the best I can imagine. - Very horizontal managment structure.
Cons
- Sometimes it's hard to manage every requirement as they are not very structured. - Dealing with some co-workers technical inabilities can be frustrating sometimes.
