Pros
GIS is a wonderful company to work for! Everyone works very close with one another and stays in constant communication, including the CEO & VP. Everyone in management is great to work with. No one makes you feel "less than" in any area. Someone is always willing to jump in and help with anything you may need, no matter how big or small. Management can definitely make or break a company, but when I look at our management, I think of them as very adaptable, reliable, compassionate, and understanding. Each of them are the true definition of team players! This is extremely hard to find and I am blessed to be a part of this amazing company! The CEO & VP makes sure that we are always "in the know" about our company and the things that are going on in the industry. The back office staff is an amazing team. Most of the employees are former inspectors themselves so they are able to relate to what inspectors are going through in the field. They make sure to help with any issues the inspectors are having as they arise. I can't say enough good things about this company!
