      Wonderful pay great time off training is ok.Company takes care of food and house while on the road or in the field.Leadership does a great job communication is great.

      Pros

      Direct supervision and management are there to help and support you.

      Cons

      Upper/corporate management seems to not quite have a handle on everything and appear to be micromanaging everything. No one seems to have clear answers for anything and everyone has a different answer. Company policies are stuck in the 1980’s and are behind industry and contemporaries’ standards.
