Great company culture. Super accommodating of work/life balance and people here are actually friends. Hard to replace an atmosphere like this anywhere else. Also, lots of opportunities to grow and try new things. Many people have started in one area and found opportunities to change their career path. It's encouraging that management is supportive of that.

Because of all the changes the company has gone through (2 acquisitions) there were times I didn't feel GIPHY had a strong direction, but that's already changing for the better.
