Pros

Beautiful office space. It’s everything and more than what you could expect for a startup. It’s a great learning environment for anyone starting out in the career and are new to the startup world. There’s free catered lunch daily, pets are allowed, happy hour, all that good stuff is probably why most people stay and not do work anyways.

Cons

There are definitely lots of fake reviews. LOL. The work environment and older employees make it almost impossible to have a welcoming. They’re very insincere. It's very cliquey and some employees are snooty af. Your typical white high school environment. The company says they are transparent but they’re really not. There’s always some sort of budgeting issues but the company spends excessively on snacks & food + inefficient employees. My advice is to really suck up to the bosses, hang around when they do happy hours outside the office and just play the game to be on their good side. They pretend it’s not political but they are 100% political. Some of these people got their jobs because they were friends with the CEO or knew other employees at the company. It’s ridiculous! I expected a lot more from this company when I was interviewing but it’s too late for me now. Run!!!

Pros

*Smart folks, if you can smell the good ones from the bad ones *Fun product (It's GIFs!) *Lots of internal opportunities and movement. If you're talented, you can move between departments and teams.

Cons

*Weird culture to navigate if you're a newcomer *Company strategy is effectively a single ad product that no one wants *Baffling leadership decisions, including elevating leaders with multiple complaints + record of sloppy work *Low morale *If you need your competitor's API to go kaput to survive as a company...
