- Benefits are quite generous after probation. - Great and intelligent people to work with whom you can learn a lot from. - HR respond immediately to your concerns and/or questions and from my personal experience, they do their best to accommodate to you as much as they possibly can. - Really thoughtful Christmas gifts by the company. - Opportunities to work from abroad for a short while. - They offer means to improve your day-to-day skills such as LinkedIn Learning.
Cons
- If I have to write down a con it would be that there are 21 Vacation days and 3 of those days are deducted for the Christmas Period.
