      Good atmosphere Many opportunities for own ideas One can take a lot of influence Really good work is definitely appreciate up to the top management

      Cons

      Things only happen if one makes things happen by oneself Management support for basic improvements something to be desired Little respect is shown for the individual employee

      Great team, nice environment, lots of interesting projects.

      Cons

      Not so big salary for German conditions, mobile division in early beginnings, lots needs to be improved.

      Management is allright. Bonuses are fine. Just that some room for growing more would do. I think.
