Pros

They have a good work life balance

Cons

Small company, made up of mostly elderly's whom have been with the company for years so they're set in their old ways. They do not like change, God forbid if you recommend a change. Upper management are deceiving, when they need someone to fill a position they will do all they can to bring the person in, even bribe them just to fire them. The integrity of the company and the "President" is questionable. As long as they don't like you they will come up with anything to terminate you, even fabricate lies. Managers are afraid to say anything so they just go with the flow, just because of their fear of losing their jobs, it's either your suck up to them or your out the door. They don't really care about their employees, its all lies.

Pros

GHT has been very supportive of me, both as a professional and an individual. I've been given the flexibility to choose my working hours, and a hybrid schedule has allowed me to attend to family needs while still being able to connect F2F with peers in the office. The GHT leadership team recognizes the importance of balance and cares about the whole employee - not just their hours on a timesheet. The result is an environment built around a family, who supports one another and cheer each other on through a rewarding career.

Cons

Employees must pay for parking (can use pre-tax dollars). Benefits are being upgraded and expanded to meet new employee needs. Team cultures can vary.
