I was very impressed when I started working with GHS by how much they put an emphasis on teaching me to be great at my job! I didn't have a lot of experience when I started and I was worried that I wouldn't be any good. I was had a lot of one on one training from the management team. The people and work environment are great!!!
Cons
This is not a "clock in, clock out" type of position. You have to come in ready to learn, develop and get better every day.
