Pros
Autonomy given to graduates. Health and insurance benefits are considerable.
Cons
Company is very revenue focused. Performance is based on % utilization (hours charged/hours worked). Management charges what they like for their projects anyway (within reason). So charging many hours to a job may show you have a high utilization, but this does not reflect ones actual performance. Support and direction is often lacking. More often than not, you are expected to find your own work when you have a low work forecast. Failing to do so comes with ridicule of under performance. In summary, GHD is focused on gaining and maintaining revenue, first and foremost. Development comes secondary and is 'on the job', when available.
