Pros
Benefits are as good if not better than any company in the US. Six weeks paid paternity leave. Not many companies give male employees paid time off for the birth of a child. Health benefits are fantastic. Strong leadership at the national level. Well respected in a few markets.
Cons
Disorganized and disjointed. Local offices operate largely in silos. Lack of sound leadership at the office level. Management struggles to think outside of the very small box they are in. A relative unknown to many prospective clients.
