Pros

If the company actually treated their new hires and set them up for success it might have some pro’s. They do none of this, however. Zero Pros. Seriously.

Cons

I never write reviews. Ever. But I hope this review steers you away from wasting months of your time to realize everything I write here. Unless you have a major book of business to bring here, you will 99% fail. 9+/10 people that walk through the doors don’t make it. GHa knows this but they sell you a dream in the beginning. They bring in 10-15+ new hires a month, assign you a mentor, you grind to try to hit your weekly metrics/bonuses and find gray area to not even pay you on your $1,500 weekly bonus. Trust me, of the 150+ employees, there’s under 5 people hitting the weekly call bonuses. Seriously. They will use you to be a cold calling machine and let you go at the drop of a dime and absorb all accounts that show interest or actually purchased from you. This company is a vampire that will chew you up and spit you out, with no second thought. All calls made through Microsoft Teams. Zero dashboard or place to see your overall call count/call duration- you literally must count them one by one to hit your bonus metrics. Oh, and 50+ of those calls need to be above *1* minute in duration(every single day of the week, even when you run appointments) if you want the $1500 for bonus eligibility. They check each and every one. I’m not joking. Hit 70 calls but only 49 of them were 60 seconds long?? Sorry you don’t get paid your $1500. Seriously. You don’t find this out until 2 weeks later after your bonus is reviewed by the “intern team” - which is actually the owner in the background who calls the shots and disguises it as an intern team. They don’t even have salaried office people for the most part - maybe a handful - the rest are also chewed and spit out once they realize they cannot ethically do this anymore. Seriously. Outdated resources - good luck finding anything of relevance. Their company uses Sharepoint and it hasn’t been cleaned up or updated for a decade it seems. No organization whatsoever. Their policy on things (especially in relation to bonuses) is extremely confusing with how it’s wrote. And I believe it’s done on purpose. You will be celebrating a little bit of success and you send in your bonus request to the team, only later they pull up another site that shows them different employee counts. You needed 250 employees domestic, not 200. Sorry this does not qualify. Well, there goes your weekly bonus money out the window. So you can make 50+ calls a day, grind like a mad man, but if your appointment isn’t a qualified commercial 250+ company then you will lose the entire week pay. You can’t just make calls - you must hit a weekly meeting with a “qualified” company, and then it’s still sort of left up for review.. were there actually only 3 days in that week of the appointment you did 50+ 1 minute calls? Nope, it was 2. So with all that said your 1500 bonus has been reduced to $600 since you had less volume you have been in the field. So much uncertainty and doubt on future bonuses - the “language” in their new hire forms is so damn confusing that it could literally have 3 meanings. And you can bet when it comes time to send your bonus request; they’ll favor their denial with some other thing you didn’t know about. There is tremendous gray area in this job that you didn’t know about until you encounter it and when it comes down to finding a resolution - you won’t win versus the “intern” teams. Lol. Steer far far away. And don’t listen to the 5 star reviews. They’re fake to bury the real ones: trust me ;) Good luck. Godspeed!

We have tried our best to guide you to a proven path for success. I am sorry that I have fallen short in your eyes. Fortunately, we have been successful with 175 other salespeople with many of them earning six and seven figures. The appointment bonus is a total gift. GHA also paid you $5k for your first week in training. To pay out up to $1500 for just one qualified appointment we do need to have a minimum performance standard. Why can't you make a sale, use a $5k GHA credit and earn 200% for 90 days of shipments? GHA has done everything that we can to help you to become successful! GHA has paid every dollar for every bonus, don't blame us if you fell short!

Pros

Let's start with the ABC's. Aways. Be. Closing. This is an eat-what-you-kill, straight commission sales gig. If you want a place where your efforts equal your paycheck welcome home. If you are self motivated and can figure it out as you go kind of guy or gal, you found it. There is no handholding. There are no mandatory meetings about meetings. No one is here to congratulate you after bringing in 20 net new accounts except yourself and your family. This is for real hunters. If you can sell, and maintain self discipline and motivation this is the job for you. This place is built for true salespeople, self-starters, closers, and the kind of person who would rather bet on themselves than wait for someone to hand them an opportunity. In short: not daycare, not summer camp, not for the timid. It’s a shark tank. Bring a harpoon.

Cons

If you want hand-holding, group hugs, and a manager checking on your feelings every 15 minutes, this is probably not for you. The downside is also simple: if you don’t make it at GHA, there’s really nobody to blame but yourself. So if you are a whiney, lazy POS this is not for you. Go find a safe place snowflake.

Pros

The coworkers I had were nice enough and would help you if they had time.

Cons

The team was helpful during our training. Once we passed that point, it was every man for themselves. They need to have a book of business ready so that we can generate Income.
