      Salary is less and you will not get enough increment. No one their to guide you. No one their to clear your doubts. No proper system. Shortage of software. Inequality.

      Pros

      Never the same design which makes the systems unique.

      Cons

      No matter how good you are, management doesn't appreciate talent and think that everything is not a big deal and that anyone can do the jobs. No clear working schedule. One can work 20 hours a day and management would say that we have a deadline. Management only listens to weak people with little to no experience and not to people that know what's going on since everything is usually a smokescreen.
