GH Engage is a recently established business with a fantastic culture! The company has been very rapidly expanding and everyone has fit together very well. The office environment is busy and hardworking but also has a friendly, very approachable management structure and positive atmosphere where friendly banter is more than welcome. The company does not make final decisions without consulting staff and everyone is highly valued and is never looked at as just another number. Personal career progression is at the core of GH Engage's beliefs and a structured career path and very clear view of how to take the next step is always encouraged. The management style is flexible, employees are treated as the professional adults that they are without following the route of micromanagement but everyone does have a very large support network and a lot of training / development on offer. The company is also very sociable, with company incentives on offer and many drinks / dinners towards the end of the week to bring everyone together not only professionally but also personally. If you are someone who either is looking for full support and training in your career to push yourself or someone who feels as though they have reached a glass ceiling in their current role and want to take that next step then I could not recommend the business highly enough. Many fear start-up companies due to financial situations, however; this is where GH Engage differ as we are partnered with an extremely successful M&E Commercial Services company which has been established for 12 years. This is also where our unique training comes into place as we work alongside our sister company in the same office with knowledge being shared across the industry of up-coming works, site visits with our Quantity Surveyors and in-depth training across technical equipment, cost plans, companies in the industry, different types of environments and etc. Where as most companies very much split their departments, our teams are very much encouraged to share all information and work extremely closely across industries, sharing information of many business’s, up-coming projects and etc. The company is based in high end, new offices a stone throw from London Bridge Station ad it is not also like the prison type agencies that are spread across London currently where people are frowned upon for leaving at 5:30 and not staying late. The only time people stay later in the office is due to complete personal choice and their own business reasons at busy times. All in all, GH Engage is a extremely friendly, exiting, growing business with a huge scope for opportunity, very attractive salaries on offer, a completely un-beatable commission scheme and a nice package on top with a great culture that allows you to make some long-term friendships along with having an impact on the business, not just your own desk.
