Not a good company - Assistant Administrator GGR Group Employee Review

Very strange. If a current employee has the same name as you, you’re made to change your name as it’s ‘confusing’. Mistakes when training are frowned upon. Only half an hour break rather than one hour as told in the interview. Exceptionally long day. Very controlling environment. Not willing to take suggestions. Autocratic management style. Too focused on making money rather than wellbeing of employees.
