Great company. The start up atmosphere is wonderful. There is a lot of team work and comradery because the offices are small (not too many employees) compared to a bigger company. The President keeps up with what is going on with the office and tries to be transparent. The pay is good compared to other startups and big companies in Miami.
Cons
The Miami office was slightly unprofessional. I had a coworker call me a racial slur several times and we had issues with pay twice. Sales people were getting fired left and right. An entire Marketing department had been fired.

Hey Former Employee!
I appreciate the honest review, but I'm very concerned about the racial slur issue. Please e-mail me or HR privately with any details you are comfortable sharing about those incidents so I can eliminate that behavior from our company. Otherwise, I hope you are well and are enjoying your new gig.

Genuinely friendly team culture and a great atmosphere. Free lunch is a nice perk. Having the Google name was a big plus for sales. This was back when it was still under the original Google name then GFiber was spun off as an independent entity.
Cons
Came to the ISP market late. High turnover. Incredibly convoluted internal processes and procedures. Tools are far from intuitive, and too many events are scheduled without considering that salespeople need to be out selling—not attending events or stuck wrestling with overly complex internal systems. Management seemed confused and directionless.
