      Great team to work and share experience Flexible hours Convenient DT location Open minded management

      Cons

      Occasional unpaid overtime Only regarding to project I work on: client reviews and recommendations are fuzzy. I was receiving "can we also do that..." requests from a client even though shots were locked as finals and already cut into a show. Shot mockups,concept and description from a client before rushing into a shot would be helpful. At some point, lack of supervision, but I'm OK with it.

      Pros

      Growing VFX boutique with nice co-workers. Casual work place.The hardest part of this job was getting up to speed as I arrived late on a feature project. The good part of this job was the many opportunities for learning and growing.

      Cons

      Parking (sounds dumb, but it matters!), sit all day, had to wait too long to get feedbacks from clients

      Pros

      The company works on extremely challenging projects so lots to learn here. Pay based on your expertise, quality and speed, iam happy with my pay. The company has worldwide employees and works on international projects

      Cons

      Extra responsibility than intended. Revisions from client that were initially approved. Higher expectations from Junior artist.
