      - Quite nice benefits package, 9-17 working hours, happy hours once a month and other company events - Nice people, you can work with many experienced engineers

      Cons

      - Hard to get any training/certificate in testing discipline - Hard to switch between the projects - Quite complex annual review process - HR systems (I still can't believe that the company decided to actually pay for nuview...)

      You could lose the client and be waiting for another . Also losing all system knowledge you had and the team .
