1. Leadership has good intentions and generally wants to improve current market situation 2. Has made good acquisitions, which brought some industry leading skillset into the company 3. Good access to senior leadership (e.g. region heads and even CEO)
Cons
1. Poor at taking advantage of acquisitions to further fuel market growth 2. Lack of brand recognition (bad/terrible marketing) 3. Bogged down by some poor processes (HR), which increases overheads to delivery
