Opportunity to learn and work in the financial field, many technologies and challenges. There is opportunity to travel and to be in touch with client. Also is a good place for people that like hierarchical organizations.
Cons
Lack of career plan and visibility. Sometimes due to client`s legacy code, there is no opportunity to work with new technologies. Also there is a lack of well defined methodology to work with. Many leaders have a technical background, resulting in managerial faults and lack of people handling skills.
