Pros
Blue chip client base; focused on capital markets although trying to diversify to retail banking as well. Some leading-edge projects. There are some very skilled and experienced capital markets people in GFT that you can learn a lot from. Management is genuinely concerned about keeping staff on board.
Cons
There is a reasonable amount of staff turnover; on the other hand this creates opportunities for people who stay. If you're on the bench and an assignment comes up that isn't an ideal fit for your skills, there may be an expectation that you take the assignment anyway.
