Excellent pay, no micromanagement, quick promotions both in terms of pay and responsibility, supportive directors, friendly and fun to work with, smart coworkers
Cons
The German management a bit clunky, but if you aren't under their thumb, it is a great place to work. The New York office is crowded, but that is just a sign of faster than expected growth.
