      Pros

      -Very rewarding to be around teachers who love being in a classroom and students who enjoy our courses -travel opportunities -supportive atmosphere

      Cons

      -scheduling could be easier for instructors assigned for nights and evening work without proper notice -difficult students can ruin the entire classroom experience -promotions are clearly given to CEO's favorites
