Thank you for your comments. We very much value the perspective of both current and former employees of Gannett Fleming. There is always room for improvement with respect to communication and transparency, despite our best efforts. Our CEO/Chairman, as a practice since early 2020, engages directly with all employees using various channels of communication to include 1 ) a weekly newsletter addressing COVID related safety concerns, operational related information, industry trends and social justice issues; 2) companywide Livestream broadcasts offering detailed information on the state of the company, updates on the advancement of key initiatives, as well as challenges we are confronted with as we navigate the uncertainty the current pandemic presents to the company and our industry. We recognize and are working with leadership across regions and business lines to improve lines of communication. Once again, your insight is valuable as we seek to continuously improve our efforts.
