      Pros

      The people here for the most part a great to worth with and really care about putting out quality work.

      Cons

      The mantra of "Change is Good" became a message of "well, we need to change with the evolving engineering industry but are not really sure how to do that." With that said, I have not seen much of a change in company outlook at my level.

      In person days, were boring, lack of people interacting in office You are not allowed to work on much as an intern working in civil engineering
