I've spent a lot of time on my own, thinking I couldn't be happy working for a company. But this company cares about me in ways I never knew an employer could. They don't just talk the talk. It's really empowering to work for someone who has your back.

I am in another market so I don't get to do a lot of the social things, but I feel included in other ways.

Amazing coworkers and clients. Fun environment especially in the beginning. They are very understanding of life outside of work and will support you.

No room for growth. The way they give feedback is passive aggressive, unclear, and unprofessional. Leadership tends to choose favorites and there is not a clear path for improvement or any organization in management. I had 4 different managers at one point. My responsibilities far exceeded my pay and they gave me no choice but to leave.
