Pros
If you love to live where you work then go for it.
Cons
You can already see the red flags even from the first day of work, more than half of the employees are always new with the other employees being the really old staff who actually do not like new employees. No proper training for new employees, they just throw you into the deep end and expect you to succeed. They take pleasure in saying they are a fast paced organization but that’s because work is chaotic and even the senior managers don’t know how to go about the work, they just keep rambling on and on. Alot of co workers smile at you but in reality they are snitches and want to boss you around. They pay the barest minimum and expect you to give 200%. They said they are DEI but that’s a big lie.
