Two different companies - Anonymous employee GFL Environmental Employee Review

GFL Canada needs to assess and really look into the leadership in North America, especially in Raleigh. It is like working for two different companies. If you are not an original Waste Industries employee you have no chance. If you point out any deficiency or concern about a legacy Waste Industries employee there is a target on your back. We are constantly being told to ignore Canada's guidelines especially in my department. Good ol' boys and girls Waste Industries club!!
