Pros
Most of the non management team are easy to work with.
Cons
Basic benefits, no real PTO (you have to be here for 10 years or more to be in the sweet spot and it takes so long to accumulate time), no one is every proactive about company business volume changes and you can at times fill overworked and underpaid. No real career plan or advancement.
