      Overtime is virtually unlimited for those with no home/personal life

      Cons

      Poorly managed Money comes first everything else comes last DOT/FMCSA needs to audit: almost all vehicles are neglected Women are not welcome You will be disrespected You will be given extra work without being asked. Schedules change the same day ( illegal in most states)
