      Pros

      Management actually know about the product and industry. I work in a very open and honest environment and colleagues are really good fun. It is hard work but good fun !

      None really. I genuinly have nothing negative to say about working here.

      - Brilliant team; great manager; no micromanagement so lots of freedom and open conversations - you get the idea - For me, work/life balance here has been an absolute delight - Opp. to make an impact; good ideas are instantly taken up and put into the implementation pipeline - Processes are quite nice and agile (as I said above, you make a good suggestion that's feasible, it gets integrated) - Can work remotely from anywhere (cherry on the top)

      Cons

      So far, so good - maybe if I spend a few minutes thinking I could come up with one - but for me, the experience has been quite great so far.
