      Pros

      Very dynamic company that lets you find your own groove and decide for your ownn group the major choices to make, even after a meeting with top management, and the company structure was lean enough.

      Cons

      The company did not give enough support and was not able to bring solutions for our group troubles , other than the ones we implemented.
