Management doesn't uphold their end when it comes to backing up there employees. They allow customers to threaten their employees.

Lots of opportunities, no two days were EVER the same.

Lots of stress due to an ever changing power structure. Early 90's strategies still in place. Upper Management is made up of immature little men, who yell and scream as a regular part of their interactions with subordinate staff. It was mind blowing how really childish some of the VPs acted. I can not imagine a professional situation that screaming would be appropriate, but people got publically cussed out all the time. NO benefits and very little job security.
