      Pros

      Friendly environment, staffs are helpful. Have an opportunity to interact with staffs students from all over the world. Energetic environment.

      Cons

      No directions. Management has no idea what is going on at the location and try to control every single thing. No opportunity to grow.

      Pros

      They are flexible with time off and will offer you future opportunities to teach if they liked your teaching and your current contract was short. They are supportive if you have an issue or a problem or need to consultation about a situation in class.

      Cons

      Sometimes their plans change when you arrive at work and you must prepare a totally new lesson in a few minutes (despite your having something planned already). The hire very few teachers full-time (about two) and employ the majority (10ish) part-time only.
