-Salaries needs to be more realistic It barely covers human's needs If you want people to give you should make them confortable financially Management needs a radical change Forcing people to work additional time with no recognition Managers tooks things personal if someone disagree with some points

The good thing about the company is that is willing to accept french graduates and teach them

-Low pay range -Unflexible working hours
