The Plano building is cockroach infested. They had issues for months trying to get this under control and could not. This is an extremely biased company. If you’re introverted or a person of color you will not fit well here. They pride themselves on team interactions, which is not terrible. However, the fact that you didn’t make it to the supervisor’s after hours bbq shouldn’t disqualify you from advancement. Very clickish and high school like.
