Pros
None really. Decent pay, but it could be better. I learned a lot from the managers that are knowledgable, but other than that....Znothing really positive.
Cons
Long hours, no communication with front line sups, upper management is out of touch with personnel / supervisors. Lack of training. No support. No incentive and lots of empty promises.
