Pros
Working for this company has its challenges, and overall it's not an ideal workplace. However, there are some positive aspects. The supervisors are generally excellent, and the company offers flexibility. Employees receive three breaks during their shift, and management is not overly strict about break times or punctuality.
Cons
Managers show preference towards employees fluent in English, limiting growth opportunities for non-fluent workers. Despite claims of full-time employment, most employees work less than 40 hours per week, with some barely reaching 30 hours. The PTO policy is problematic; emergencies can quickly deplete your time off, leading to points against you. However, the company rarely fires employees, instead creating difficult working conditions to encourage resignation. The bonus system is flawed, as employees with too many points are disqualified, and taxes significantly reduce the payout. Pay is low, with minimal raises over time. I've been here for 8 years, primarily due to the flexibility that allowed me to complete my education quickly. The work environment is negative, with unethical supervisors who prioritize safety but neglect other important aspects. This job is only suitable for those seeking minimal responsibility and are not concerned about earning potential. On the positive side, the company offers schedule flexibility, which can be beneficial for students or those with other commitments.
