They do not make sure their core members get their full hours, part time or temps get more hours, they do not up-hold to the bullying and harassment policies, they punish the victim. They would rather employees sit in HR to complain about being offended than actually learning to do their jobs, and their leads, supervisors and managers will not actually assist the associates when help is called for.
