Pros
Within IT, partiality is at the most. Couple of people decides the future of others. They cuss, use bad words and treat u like slaves. They literally tell employees to leave. Many left. They kept only sub-servient people. Others are asked to leave. HR was just scarecrows.
Cons
Everything. All management is fake.
