Pros
Some great team members who care. Learned from them.
Cons
Large 3PL who puts profit before people. Unique go to market strategy and ideas about taking care of a team. Wouldn’t personally use for business due to space constraints and operational SLA failures. Don’t pay out earned, negotiated PTO when separating. Then force you out early. Too many “senior leaders” who are Directors or VPs by title only (limited staff, revenue, space). Customer facing titles…..not decision makers.
