- contractors are ill-treated. we are asked to work extra hours and directly denied being paid for those extra hours. - lot of hierarchy and pride. Manager like to exercise control and gives zero freedom to make decisions - lot of H1B visa workers hired. I believe because they can work overtime - extremely stressful environment and deadlines that are impossible to meet. 4 people in our team have quit since I joined the organization.
