Pros
Benefits are good and vacation as well. I became a supervisor in 5 years, I started as a temp and worked my way up. there is a lot of growth.
Cons
Some leaders are not that good. We as supervisors have to take care of associates, but they don't care about supervisors. I worked over 100 hours per week and that wasn't enough. They lie on my review just to get rid of me.
