No real learning as far how to get a solid footing into the business. Best thing they thought they was teaching was how to follow trends when looking for freights but any salesperson does that with whatever field they are in so I learned nothing but how to seek out a company who is actually going to put you in a position to succeed so you can be a positive stamp on the company.
