Pros
Great team with a decent work life balance. Reported to a good manager, but leadership above was too important to acknowledge anyone’s existence except their own.
Cons
Leadership turn over was bad. Compared to other tech firms 12 days PTO with no sick days was substandard. Was made to pay for my own travel and then get reimbursed.
