Pros
Fun environment. A lot of company events that "most" corporate employees are invited to. I would recommend it for some people but not all.
Cons
Unfortunately it seems as though too many employees here wear a size 3 hat with a size 15 boot. This coupled with an overall lack of training on management is hurting the company.
