      Pros

      OHL was an ok co to work for, it was better while it was Activair.

      Cons

      OHL was an ok co to work for, HR knew there was bullying and exclusion going on, but they never dealt with it, I think they should have forced the issue rather than just be there as a listening ear when someone went to them about this.
