Job flexibility, ability to work from home on certain days, pay is above average, students are amazing
Cons
No one who works there understands how education works. The amount of turnover and continual loss of highly qualified staff should be a red flag for the authorizer. Management surrounds themselves with yes people, who are only there for themselves and not the students. When employees push back, they are met with resentment and termination.
