Mico-management, excessive requirements, small company structure, not enough material to learn from, needs experienced candidates who can perform from the word go

Interesting choice of manufacturing work environment. A bit more relaxed and less hectic. But the definition of an easy going workplace is only in the eyes of the beholder. If you have no problem with management watching you like prison sentry for 8-10 hours a day then it is for you.

A very old school and traditionally run company. But at the same time the old school management is the reason why it is turning away potential future candidates from joining the org. Management is a bit archaic in the way it monitors employees, feels like grade school with teachers or in the case the bosses monitors everything employees do. Very top down hierachal management style that allows little if any room for autonomy. Therefore failing utterly miserably in trying not micromanage but ends of micromanaging anyway. Management want to create a comfortable atomosphere but at the same time so paranoid of work delegation that the workplace ends up feeling a bit repressive with management breathing down your neck every 5 mins to check on your progress. so nope, micromanagement and constantly being watched is simply a dealbreaker here.
