      Pros

      Good job for a young person maybe still living at home with parents. Start young you might be able to make a decent living when you are older

      Cons

      Pay is minimal for work you do. Communication in company is almost non existent. As said above you are just a number to the boss

      Pros

      Bonuses were great, but you had to work hard for them. Friendly employees. I learned a lot about insulating in a chemical plant setting.

      Cons

      It was like working in a high school setting. (Word spreads like wildfire) Winter was extremely cold, and summer was extremely hot! Payed just enough to keep employees working.
